Terms of Sale & Service
No Return Policy (All Sales Are Final): To provide our customers with distributor-level pricing and lower-than-average costs, Ebikepros maintains a strict No Return and No Exchange policy on all vehicles, parts, and services. We do this because our vehicles are professionally assembled and commissioned; as such, they cannot be returned to a factory-sealed state once they leave our facility. We believe in a No-Stress, No-Pressure sales environment and encourage all customers to ensure the vehicle meets their requirements before purchase.
Warranty Information Ebikepros: Workmanship Warranty: Our labor for service and assembly is guaranteed for 15 days from the completion date. This covers defects in workmanship only. Any issues reported after 15 days will be considered new service requests and subject to standard labor rates.
Manufacturer Product Warranty: All new vehicles and parts purchased from ebikeprosusa.com carry the original manufacturer’s warranty for factory defects (e.g., batteries, motors, controllers). Ebikepros acts as a liaison to assist with these claims, but the warranty is provided by the manufacturer and activates upon the vehicle leaving our store. Products Purchased Elsewhere: We provide no warranty on parts or bikes not supplied directly by Ebikepros. Our service covers installation only.
Defective Part Return Policy: For any parts replaced under warranty, the original defective part (including batteries) must be returned to Ebikepros within 15 days. Failure to return the original part will result in a charge for the full retail price of the replacement part or forfeiture of the vehicle warranty at our sole discretion.
Indemnification & Waiver of Liability Customer acknowledges that the operation of high-performance electric motorbikes carries inherent risks, including serious injury or death. By purchasing products or receiving services, Customer voluntarily assumes all risks. Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ebikepros LLC and its officers from any and all claims, damages, or lawsuits arising from the operation, misuse, or modification of the vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to, any incidents occurring while the customer is present at our facility. Customer is responsible for following all safety protocols while on-site and assumes all liability for their actions and the actions of any minors in their care.
Limitation of Liability & Assumption of Risk: Ebikepros shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of products or services. Customer acknowledges that the operation of an electric motorbike carries inherent risks, including injury or death. By purchasing or receiving service, Customer voluntarily assumes all risks and agrees to indemnify and hold Ebikepros LLC harmless from all claims arising from the operation or misuse of the vehicle.
Customer Conduct & Shop Policy
Customer agrees to follow all safety instructions provided by Ebikepros staff while at our facility. Ebikepros is not responsible for any injuries or property damage resulting from a customer’s failure to follow safety protocols or for accidents occurring during unauthorized handling of equipment.
